What should I do if my items arrived damaged?

Policy for Buyer Shortage Quantity Received

– Upon identifying a shortage in the received quantity, the Receiver/Buyer must report the issue promptly by sending an email to support@sonoff.in within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment.
– The email must include the following details:
– Order number
– Item description
– Quantity ordered
– Quantity received
– Date and time of delivery

1. Package Image: An image showcasing the packaged product, prepared for shipment.
2. Inner Content Image: Image displaying the contents of the package prior to shipping.
4. UnBoxing Video: A video demonstrating the unboxing process conducted before open.
– Evidence such as photographs, packing slips, or any other relevant documentation supporting the claim.

3. Timeframe for Reporting:
– The shortage must be reported within 24-48 hours from the time of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the inability to register a complaint regarding the shortage.

4. Verification Process:
– Upon receiving the email regarding the shortage, Sonoff.in will initiate a verification process to confirm the reported shortage.
– This verification may include cross-referencing with shipping records, inventory logs, and any other relevant documentation.

5. Resolution:
– If the shortage is confirmed, Sonoff.in will take appropriate action to resolve the issue promptly.
– Possible resolutions may include:
– Sending the missing quantity of items to the Receiver/Buyer.
– Any other mutually agreed-upon resolution between Sonoff.in and the Receiver/Buyer.

6. Communication:
– Sonoff.in will communicate the resolution of the shortage issue to the Receiver/Buyer via email within a reasonable timeframe.
– Any queries or concerns regarding the shortage and its resolution can be addressed by contacting support@sonoff.in.

7. Compliance:
– Both the Receiver/Buyer and Sonoff.in are expected to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
– Any attempts at fraudulent claims or misuse of this policy will be dealt with accordingly.

8. Modification of Policy:
– Sonoff.in reserves the right to modify or update this policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the Receiver/Buyer through appropriate channels.

What should I do if my products gone faulty after a period of use?

During installation or after  damages resulting from un-authorized adaptations/adjustments/tampering/improper installation of the product are not covered. Also, Accidental/Physical/Water damages and damages due to High Voltage burnouts are out of the purview. This warranty is given solely for the benefit of Sonoff customers from any kind of manufacturing defects. You must agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns . Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

No compensation is available in the following cases:

1)Damage and natural degenerate due to wear in item’s use are at the customer’s own expense.

2)No compensation and repair for items damaged by customers and misuse beyond the warranty period.

3)Flash firmware, modify, remove or customize items.

4)Provide subjective or unacceptable reasons to ask for a refund.

5)Return and replacement request without RMA authorization.

 Warranty will be void?

If the product is used without stabilizer warranty will be void.

If the product is not used as per its usage specifications warranty will be void.

This Warranty will be void on removal, tampering or alteration of any identification labels on the product or any of its components including serial number.

Warranty does not cover damages caused due to improper, unauthorized installer, repair, unauthorized modification, physical damage and water log damages or connection of the product to equipment not approved by the Company.

The Sonoff product box must be opened and installed by a Sonoff authorized personnel/technician else the warranty or any other claim will be void.

  4. Product has to be used in a specific way and for the specified purposes well specified in user’s manual.
  5. Loss or damages resulting from un-authorized adaptations/adjustments/tampering/improper installation of the product are not covered. Also, Accidental/Physical/Water damages and damages due to High Voltage burnouts are out of the purview.
  6. Manufacturer takes no direct, indirect or any type of consequential liability of whatsoever nature under any condition, of customer’s appliances functioning or malfunctioning of his/her appliance by or after buying product.
  7. This Warranty will be void on removal, tampering or alteration of any identification labels on the product or any of its components including serial number.
  8. 8) Warranty does not cover damages caused due to improper, unauthorized installer, repair, unauthorized modification, physical damage and water log damages or connection of the product to equipment not approved by the Company.
  9. The Sonoff product box must be opened and installed by a Sonoff authorized personnel/technician else the warranty or any other claim will be void.
  10. Customer needs to walk with support team for installation fee.
  11. For non-quality issues (such as personal reason), customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
