Refund Policy

At SONOFF , we value your satisfaction and aim to make every transaction seamless. Below are the details of our refund policy:

1. Refund on Order Cancellation

  • If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
  • The refund will be credited to your SONOFF Wallet within 24 hours or 1 working day.
  • Wallet balance can be used for future purchases and will be auto-debited at checkout.

2. Refund on Return Wrong Products

  • If you receive a dwrong product, you may request a return or replacement.
  • You must raise a ticket within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Our team will verify the issue through images/videos and arrange a return pickup if eligible.
  • After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be added to your SONOFF Wallet within 1–3 working days.

3. Refund on Failed or Undelivered Orders

  • If your prepaid order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, contact issues, or courier failure, we will cancel the order.
  • Refund for such cases will be processed to your SONOFF Wallet within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

4. Mode of Refund

  • All refunds are issued to your SONOFF Wallet.
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable and can be redeemed only on purchases at www.sonoff.in.
