1. Refund on Order Cancellation
- If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
- The refund will be credited to your SONOFF Wallet within 24 hours or 1 working day.
- Wallet balance can be used for future purchases and will be auto-debited at checkout.
2. Refund on Return Wrong Products
- If you receive a dwrong product, you may request a return or replacement.

- After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be added to your SONOFF Wallet within 1–3 working days.
3. Refund on Failed or Undelivered Orders
- If your prepaid order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, contact issues, or courier failure, we will cancel the order.
- Refund for such cases will be processed to your SONOFF Wallet within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
4. Mode of Refund
- All refunds are issued to your SONOFF Wallet.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and can be redeemed only on purchases at www.sonoff.in.
