We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide our customers with worry-free service and support. Please read our warranty terms below.
✅ 1️⃣ 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
If you receive an item that was incorrectly shipped, you are eligible for a free replacement under our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee:
- Provide clear pictures or videos showing the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Once our team confirms the item was incorrectly shipped, we will resend a new one for free.
- The replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days after confirmation.
✅ 2️⃣ 2-Year Limited Warranty
All products purchased directly from Sonoff.in come with a 2-Year Warranty covering non-human factor damages:
- Submit a replacement request at sonoff.in/ticket.
- Once confirmed, the product will be replaced or repaired within 7 working days.
- Inspection may be required to assess the issue.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
✅ 3️⃣ Warranty for SONOFF Products
All SONOFF products purchased directly from Sonoff.in come with a 2-Year Warranty from the purchase date:
- We offer replacement or paid repair services (buyer will bear the shipping cost). Refunds are not provided in this case.
- To request service, submit a ticket at sonoff.in/ticket.
- Once confirmed, the service process will begin. Shipping costs to us are the customer’s responsibility.
🚫 4️⃣ Exclusions
No compensation or warranty service will be provided if:
- Proof of purchase is not provided (invoice, order info).
- Product firmware is flashed, modified, or customized.
- Product is repaired by an unauthorized third party.
- Refund is requested for subjective reasons or lost/stolen product.
- There is no authorized RMA number.
- Damage is caused by improper use or external factors (drops, water, extreme temperatures).
- The warranty period has expired (more than 2 years from purchase date).
📝 5️⃣ How to Apply for Warranty Service
Step 1: Submit a ticket at sonoff.in/ticket with all required details.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 working days.
Step 3: If approved, you will receive an RMA number and return address. The buyer must send the product to our repair center at their own cost .
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will repair or replace it and ship it back to you.
ℹ️ Note: Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
