FAQ.
1. Can the motor run continuously in the same direction?
No. The motor should not operate in a single direction for more than 2 minutes. To prevent overheating and damage, the device will automatically enter a stop state after exceeding this time limit. .
2.Can two or more curtain motors be connected in parallel and controlled synchronously through the Orb-RBS?
No. Due to individual differences in each motor, even if the operating time is the same, the travel distance may not be consistent, making synchronous control impossible. .
3. Why does the app show the device as offline after clicking "Enable Pairing Mode"?
After enabling Pairing Mode in the eWeLink app, the device enters Network Pairing Mode (indicated by a "two short, one long" LED pattern) and shows as "Offline." Short-press the device button to restore "Online" status.
