Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of payment or before the product is shipped. The refund amount will be reflected in your Sonoff wallet for your next order within 3-7 working days.
7. Warranty Policy Sonoff India offers a comprehensive warranty policy to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in our products. This policy applies to all Sonoff products purchased from Sonoff India or www.sonoff.in. No warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
8. Cancellation Policy We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website. To protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch, or missing parts, we allow complaints within 5 days from the date of order delivery. Customers must request a refund through their account section. Our technical team will verify the submitted details and issue an RMA number to return the material. Once we receive the product, our experts will verify the reported issue and send the replacement item to the customer, with shipping costs prepaid by us. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a 100% refund.
